OK, changed the Ulm's color. There's the "legal" blue ( yes, it's called azure - last one was sable (black) ) and a dark blue from Ulm's shields. Dark blue looks better, at least more ulmish.

Don't know, I had initially the same idea for the dark blue, but it's not used in heraldry. I have to give it a try.

When stealthy units are in enemy territories, those territories should be flagged. It's difficult to find where your stealth armies are located when there are many...

It's scheduled by the editor (there's a dedicated page and you cans send disciples 3 postcards), but there's few about it (no screenshots yet). It's certainly very early in the game development.
