Q: how to get holy 4 or 5?

the subject says it all. what nations can get commanders with 4 and 5 holy, without communion, and how? Does making a prophet always give you 3 holy?

hehe in hindsight. Arco and Kailasas positions basically barred us from any coordinated attacks. Our forts lie on a peninsula so that we are forced northwards and southwards respectively. But I guess...

I agree that recruiting is the primary factor in deciding when and where to build a fortress.

seems to me that the AI prioritizes targets based on the score graphs. Can anyone share or direct me towards information about how the dom 3 AI works? At what levels does it cheat and how. etc.
