Silly Drone Bug

Keep getting this bug over and over with v1.13, yet I hear that others are capturing planets just fine. Is no one else getting ground troops with 0 movement?(Yes, they have thrusters, lots of em)

Um..the ui is fine. Only thing I think needs work is the number of options in the minimap. It should be zoomed in and draggable and give you all the viewing options that you get when you maximize...

I don't think it was meant to run on the base facilities. I don't know why anyone would want to do that in the first place. You need to make a gameType, copy data > facilities.txt...
