I know, but how do you make generated campaign with Rhodesian vs ZANLA/ZIRPA forces becides make your own?

All,
Have you noticed that Rhodesia is not available prior to 1980? And, Only Zimbabwe comes available then.

Have any of you noticed this? Its gonna be hard to do my Sealous Scouts campaign like...
