It quite often sorts them in buy order.
Its best to assign a unit to a formation that was bought previously to maintain the order.
So from D > C
If you do it the other way it sometimes shuffles...

Just a possibility as a game all vehicles are given a a range of 2 for flamethrowers. Reasoning it lets the vehicle fire before it gets assaulted. This makes sense they wee feared its not a nice way...

I would say 60mph is theoretical emergency road use only its more a product of better acceleration which would be very useful.
How are they going to keep the tracks on.

The trouble with well armoured helicopters is they shrug off SAM hits to often if you are going to adjust anything it should be the SAM. Bigger warhead possibly like ATGMs which always cause damage...

This game is actually very good at explaining what things actually do unlike most modern games that are rubbish & give you no idea how the mechanics work.

Every 0.1 reduces the number of shells fired that turn so from most to least shells fired.
0.0 - 0.1 - 0.2 - 0.3 - 0.4 - 0.5

Sorry for double post one of these may be the culprit - to my way of thinking possibly the one that clears a terrain feature in the top left corner. What happens when its replaced with a shell hole?

I have seen it once or twice in the distant past.
Some multi hex buildings do seem to have a problem when placing them.
To my knowledge roads are the only terrain feature that can be added to that...
