Looking for a mod...

I recently bought SEIV, which was probably the stupidest thing I've ever done. There are now only 4 days 'till finals. Anyway, I recently saw on the forums a link to a mod that I think was called 'pirates and nomade'. It looks quite interesting, but the link was broken. So if anyone knows where it is, would you mind pointing me in the right direction?

http://imagemodserver.mine.nu is where the new action happens, though the old geocities place has a nice collection of stuff.

imagemodserver has a handy, and easy to navigate tree.
Click on the malfador link from the main page, then browse SF or SE4, mods/tools/scenarios/etc zips/rars and so on.

Beware of the "just one more turn" syndrome, it has been known to kill students.

And imho the implementation of pirates is much better (read nicer to play) in atrocities Startrek Mod. however the Adamant mod also has Pirates and Nomads, I havent played them yet so I dont know how they are.

The game is also not suitable for people who need to show up at work at a certain time every morning!

There was a period of time that I stayed up late every night playing SEIV, and in the morning I was barely making it to work on time, and sometimes a little late. I felt sleepy throughout the day but constantly thought about stuff like what facilities to build on my next colony or what technology to research.
