Looking for Experienced and Expert opponents

Looking for Experienced and Expert opponents winSPWW2 v5.0. I'm an Expert (Steel Panthers player since 1996).

Important rules:
1. 5-15 % artillery limit.
2. Avia/artillery bombarding at "zero" turn are forbidden (excepting smoke screen statement).

Another rules can be widely changed. Any years, sides. Also, I can play PBEM campaign.

I can do approx. 1 turn a day.
