Number of Medical Bays?
Does the number of medical bays on a ship make *any* difference to that ships ability to cure plagues, or is the only thing that makes a difference the level of Medical bay tech?
I do realise that some of the Mods (e.g. STM) have a small research point amount generated per Medical Bay, but I'm primarily concerned about thw plague-curing affect,

It only takes one medical bay to cure a plague and so the only important item is the component's tech level.
