need help installing devnull mod gold
Ok guys, by writing this i know i'm admitting I'm not real computer saavy but i have tried to follow the directions & can't get it to work. The "path.txt" has me stumped as to where to find it. i have the devnull mod gold folder extracted into the se4 file as suggested but I'm stuck from there.
Please help

The "path.txt" file is in the "Space Empires IV Gold" directory. Edit this file and change the line that says Using Mod Directory := None" so that it points to the folder containing the mod.
If you install Matryx's Mod launcher you can easily switch between different mods without having to manually edit the path.txt file.

Thanks guys, turns out I didn't need any help. I gave it one more try after typing this & figured it out. I think the problem was that it was too simple.
