I made them in Bryce 5, definitely my favorite program for creating ship models. And you won't believe this, but I found the EXACT texture that was used for the Phong! In fact, the textures of the top-right and bottom left, plus a bunch of parts in the other two are that same texture, just recolored from the customary yellow to a red or green. The texture I'm almost sure was used for the Phong is called "Urban Dwelling" and its a stock texture that comes with Bryce 5.
Just wish I could convert .br5 to .x format...
