I saw it tonight. I have to agree with GL on this, it was pretty silly. Probably not as silly as Episode 2, but pretty silly.

I quite liked it, but then I'm not the audience they're after. I never go see the same movie more than once, any more would be getting carried away I feel.
I have a friend who is really big on comics. Yesterday I mentioned a comic I read once and he went on about
"oh that was the 1986 series where they tried to redo Shazam. It was written by <whoever> and drawn by <someone else>" 
probably why he works at the comic shop. He thought it was poorly written and didn't like it much. Personally I wanted to walk out when Peter starts walking around the streets annoying passerbys and when he started dancing. |

When my 10 year old nephews say "spiderman? No we don't want to see that" I know it must be pretty bad. Kids talk about movies and other things at school all the time. My nephews heard through the "grapevine" that Spiderman III sucked. So they want to go see something else, the Transformers movie when it comes out on 7/4/07.
