Forum Error (or feature)?
It seems posting a message to a thread that is completely identical to another message already in the thread results in a "cannot proceed...message already exists" sort of error. In my Last post to the "Ratings" thread, it gave me that error but adding 3 dots after the Last word allowed me to post.

That sounds like it's designed to prevent double Posts.
Why would anyone deliberately post an identical message?
