Plague bombs?
What's the advantages/disadvantages of these, I assume they leave facilities intact? Also, is there a specific fleet strategy that will work with these so your fleet doesn't glass the planet while you're bombing?

when I have used them, the only weapon, other than PD was the plague bomb. and all they have to do is get 1 bomb to the surface, the planet is contaminated/pop starts to die and then X-number of turns later the planet population is dead, leaving all else up...
