Need help in writing AI ship design

I'm having a tough time designing the AI for AI_DesignCreation.txt. What I'm trying to do is create a certain ship size type for a Missile/torpedo type ship. What are the numbers in Majority Weapon Family Pick 1 mean? Is there a chart? Is there a doc that explains in a bit more detail how to edit this txt file?
