Click Start | Run and type command and press <enter>.
Then in the "dos box" that appears type "ipconfig" and read the line that says:

 IP address. . . . . . . . . : ###.###.###.###

where each ### is a number between 0 and 255.

Or, if on a Win98/ME system click Start | Run and type winipcfg and press <enter>. Get the IP address from the window that pops up.

				 Re: source ip?
Are you behind a router? As in your IP address is 192.168.xxx.xxx? If so, it gets more difficult.

According to this thread (link) , you need to make sure that Ports 6716 and 6720 are not blocked.

				 Re: source ip?
So what is the firewall using as the "outside" IP address? (I'm assuming you have control over the firewall, of course...). That should probably be the source IP you use.
