				 One about atmospheres
 Hi everybody.
I'm looking for a thread about the most common atmospheres in each type of planet, but I don't find it.

 Could somebody help?

 Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure the atmospheres are evenly distributed in the standard game, with the exception of "none" which shows up all over the place as moons but only rarely as larger planets. |

Actually, Oxygen and Hydrogen are the 2 most common atmospheres, followed by None, and then Methane and Carbon Dioxide. |

Which is really a damned shame, because I like the COLOR of MEthane worlds. Nice, deep purple and purply-red and purply-blue planets ...Quote:

Fyron, where are you getting this? I am not aware of this, if you wouldn't mind giving some explanation.Quote:

May be Fyron is talking about his Quadrant mod ?
In standard SEIV all atmospheres, exept None, are equal.

Methane is my favorite too. I do not like some CO2 planets - dull and dirty yellowish.

I'm curious, in PBW what atmosphere/planet types seem to be the most favorite?
Being a contrarian, and picking the least favorite atmosphere/planet type (except maybe ice, which seems to be a disadvantage however you slice it), might be a nice advantage in the early game.

It's possible that everyone else could trade colonization techs and population. Even with only one tech and one race trade, your benefit would dissolveQuote:
