Evil Dictators Only

[Atrocities]

As an Evil Dictator over my minions I have adopted a set of rules for dealing with the everyday matters that someone in my stature must deal with.

1. People are a renewable resource so don’t worry about killing a few billion.
2. Exploitation of natural resources is perfectly acceptable so long as it is not your home world.
3. Rioting populations make for excellent orbital target practice.
4. Gun boat diplomacy is often the best method for dealing with hostile neighbors.
5. A good spy is a dead spy
6. Diplomacy is for the weak. If you cannot beat them in battle, you talk to them over the peace table.
7. Trust no one in my empire to lead as well as I do. Kill any who try.
8. Name the biggest meanest ship after yourself. After all, it is your birthright.
9. Power does not corrupt absolutely, it only corrupts those who never had it before.
10. If in doubt, just kill it.
11. Slaves are more desirable than corpses.
12. Extermination is always a viable alternative to rule 11
13. Exploration of space is second to that of self exploration. To understand ones self is to understand ones greatness.
14. Have populations erect statues of yourself throughout your empire
15. Have your populations worship you as a God for that is what you are, a God.
16. Sacrificing an entire fleet of enemy warships in a demonstration of your power is always warranted.
17. Destroying entire star systems to demonstrate the power of your empires is at times necessary.
18. If you cannot beat them in battle, trick them in peace.
19. Fight to the Last man, women, and child then run like hell.
20. Everyone is inferior to you, so do what you want and never look back. If anything goes wrong, it was someone else fault.
