REQ: Race gui builder
I was wondering if any one has created a gui race builder program. What I was interested in was a gui that allowed you to create the proper race files needed in designing a race in SEIV.
For example:
Say you want to create Centauri from Babylon5. You enter the name and specs. The program fills in the proper blanks in the txt files. Also, include settings for how agreesive, political, ship design strategy.
I can't imagine something like this would be that complex to program. Has anyone created something like this? Also, is there a component creator program out there?

The AI Builder is out, but I don't remember who made it. Check the old downloads section of the forum.

Does anyone know where I can find the AI Builder. I've been looking through all of the download section and have been unable to track this down.

It doesn't do all the AI files, but it helps make the AI_general text file.
You can also get the file here so you can use it offline.
Download it here.
Don't know of a utility to make all the AI files, but it wouldn't suprise me if someone has and I just missed it.

There is a utility that makes most if not all the AI files. Strangely enough it is called the General_AI. It is a spreadsheet that can save as a .txt file. Someone else Here in the forum actually made it.
PM me with your email and I'll .zip it and send it to you if you want.
It is not perfect but it is a lot better than manually making the files yourself.

Doesn't look like it worked. I think the file is to big. Do you have a link or can you upload it to a FTP or something.
