I am going to have to hammer this out with my ISP, but [b]the application form IS workingp[b]!!!

Go ahead and use it to submit your apps. For some reason, however, it is not jumping to the page that tells you succeeded.

Is everyone receiving a "thank you" e-mail when they apply?
