				 OT: Star Fury question
I posted this in the SF forum, but who knows how long it will be until someone reads it.
How do you pick up floating cargo? Is it possible in the demo? I'm just playing around with it while I wait for the CD to arrive (since I'm not getting a beta SEV CD

Sorry, I don't have the answer, but I do have a small question for you Darkhorse. I really like your signature, where have you found it? Is it from some serie, book or cartoon? Please elaborate.

 | It's actually two quotes. The first is from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (soon to be a major motion picture ; I just liked the way he described the Vogon ships. He (Douglas Adams) had a way with words.

The second part is from the book 1984, by George Orwell. A classic cautionary tale of a totalitarian state's use of mind control on a hapless citizen.

If you want to pick up cargo, *ram* said cargo. That is, send your ship very near to the cargo, and it will be picked automatically (you do not have to stop to take it, crossing through the cargo should work quite well). |

How long it will be until someone reads it? 15 minutes from when it was answered here. And I saw that post first

				 Re: OT: Star Fury question
Thanks guys. I had tried running it over before I even posted, but I think I was traveling too fast or something, because my (already damaged) ship blew up. It works fine if you slow down first.

You should know, NEVER try to run over a large crate of cargo at speeds exceeding .005 C.....

Seat belts don't help if the vehicle itself explodes.

Sure it does it helps you ensure certain death as the seatbelt prevents ejection.
