Default Russian spec.force - exp and morale

I welcome all.

I suggest developers to change at Russian the elite soldier (paratroops, specnaz, naval inf) - modifiers of experience and morals - to greater.

The reasons:
In usual Russian armies recruits (recently also many of them have passed to a contract basis of service) are accepted on urgent service. I agree that usual Russian armies do not have sense to change experience and morals.

In elite troops take only professionals. At them the best preparation, the best arms, the best ammunition at all of them is much better.
Here it is necessary to explain: paratroops - elite and one of the most efficient of the Russian troops (VDV), recently are completed only with professionals on a contract basis. naval inf (black berets) - in their second world war named - " black death " - marines - one of the best of battle units of the Russian army also is. spetsnaz - is enough the generalized name of set of forces of special forces of the Russian army (spetsnaz GRU, combined-arms spetsnaz, alpha, vimpel and etc). Here professionals.

Why these professionals - at the best - are worse than the usual soldier practically than any soldier of western army?!

In game it turns out what even with modifiers of experience and morals - elite Russian soldiers - by experience and morals at a level usual - for example American the soldier. But same cannot be.

I suggest developers to change and correct this injustice to Russian special forces.

Yours faithfully

Of course a conscript army can't reach the familarity with equipment and the traing standard of a purely professional army, and the game puts 'decent trained conscripts' at 65morale/experience (except the WestGermans wich are always higher (75) something I wonder about for quite some time now, especially as since 1993 the conscription time went down to first 14 then 12 and now 9 months...)

I agree with your assessment that the "Spetsnaz" unit in the should reach a level of at least 85 and not ust 80 as now wich makes them the same as every post 90s USArmy soldier...

But generally you must also see that the developers did quite well in their overall generation of experiance and morale levels. I think most are quite well chosen. (maybe Israel is a little high: It is a conscript army after all, even if they spend 32months, wich is less then Sergeants and Officers did in the GDR but then again this is represented in the GDR with a higher level then most other WP countries...)

In Russia already became traditional on a holiday " Day VDV " to strengthen structure of patrols of militia.

As for commandoes prepared as elite of armed forces.
Later it is a lot of years they do not forget about it.

At least the morals at them should there was nothing at professionals of the western countries.

Motto VDV: " Anybody except for us! "

Epoletov..... there's really something "missing in the translation". I'm not sure what you are saying in the last two sentences at all. Can you expand on it a bit ?

The strengthened patrols of Militia on a holiday " Day Abn. Force " are necessary for prevention of fights in cities. As commandoes wish to remind the population that they the best soldiers. Fight with militia.

The morals should be high.
Not worse than at regular the soldier of the USA and etc.

Yeah morales is an interesting piont actually. I think the morales of the 'Bloc' countries are generally quite low, but then morale in game also represents how units handfle under fire which is also dedicated by training, so it's not just how "well" the soldiers feel fighting.

Up to disorder OWD, and then the USSR the fighting spirit (morals) of armies of these countries was high because of strong brain washing.

Most people are forgeting that during Cold War, west armies were profesional and Easters block had all conscript with small exeptions. even famous "Desantniki" or Black Berrets were conscripted. They served longer (about 5 years) Intensity of training was enormous, but they stiil shouldnt have same amount of experience as west special forces, Airborne or some special British regiments like Ghurkas

Which professional armies? Apart from the US, most NATO countries had conscription armies well into the 90s, some still have. Now it's a matter of how much of the enlisted men are conscripts, and how they are trained.
