MG3 inconsistencies

Another small error probably:
Recently I've noticed that the German MG3 LMG / MMG / AAMG, which, in the German OOB, has HE kill=10, is listed in several other OOBs with HE kill = 9 (Pakistan, Greece, Netherlands, Australia amongst others.)
