Looking for sub-for Niefelhiem-Found

Howdy,

As per above, game is super interesting with a bunch of nations all having a claim to becoming the ultimate power.

Niefelhiem's position is good. Turn # is 40. Sub only needed because player received an overseas job opportunity.
