I recently ordered 3 games.
Only 2 of which were physical. I wanted all, but one didn't have one.
Anyway, the parcel arrived today and I got a 40% customs fee.
The two physical items and shipping were about 100 dollars and I paid almost 40 euros (about 45 US) in customs.
First time in my life I get asked to pay customs for games. I have bought 100s physical games, many of them from outside the EU. Many of them from the USA and Canada.
Pissed off I had to pay an extra 40 percent.

Don't get me wrong I don't blame you for this. All I know is I don't see me keep buying games from here, if I have to pay extra 40% each time.

I guess if it works in Greece as it works in Germany, then you can go with the bill to your customs office and at least get the VAT reimbursed.
