Gold Map Editor?

Wasn't there suppose to be a new Map Editor included in Gold? I know you can still use the old one, but it doesn't have some of the new, nifty sector types and such. Will this be available in a patch?

There is a new map editor included with Gold. It works just like previously. I have found out that the SE4Map software is not the same as that used by the game to make the maps. Using the same settings I get different maps with the game than with SE4Map. Sometimes veeerrryyy different. See my post on Mapmaker problem, I think.

Even with the new map maker I did not see ways to easily add the new quadrant types - just ways to add the pics to the background.
