Part 2 will be a rebellion and all players will play the same empire....

The winner of game one will be forced to play in game 2 :-).

Other rules

Miss 4 turns without posting in the Away thread and you will be kicked. If your going to be away for 4 turns or more a replacement player will be needed or you will be kicked. If your known for dropping out of games without reason you will not be accepted to play in the game. If you think Canada is a horrible country to live in you will be kicked. Communication between known empires ( after you have met them in game ) may occur outside the SEIV engine. Each Empire must post their Biological Description, Society Description and General History when they upload their empires... If you do not fill out these sections.... Kick....
Also it will be allowed to post to a story thread if you want.
