Where and how would someone get involved in one of these? I did not see anything in the manual mentioning how it worked, is set up or anything.

Any questions - just read the FAQ, and if that doesn't help just post your questions on the PBW forums or here!

Alternatively, you can set up a PBEM game on your own, but now that the whole process is automated, why bother?
