tga converter
i'm looking for a tga converter, perferably free, perferably one known to work with freedom force. i've already found two that don't.

You could try searching on FileLibrary.com; they maintain a large library of public domain, freeware, and shareware.

May I recommend The GIMP for all your image processing needs? It's like Photoshop, only it's free! www.gimp.org make sure you get the Windows Version unless you've been running SE4 on Linux or something
