I ordered the game but it never arrived
I ordered somewhere between the middle of last year but it never arrived and I think it got lost in the mail. Is there a way to get another copy sent or do I have to buy it again?

I would think so, but for something like that you really should use the Support link, which goes directly to Shapnel's "Gamer's Front" online store.

That's weird, I live in the Island of Mauritius and I got my Dominion 3 order in less then 1 month  . You should ask for assistance from Shrapnel that's what I did, I think they will assist you further if the order went over a certain limit of days(3 Weeks I think) and is still not delivered. |

I had the same problem, I ordered the game and after a month I still hadn´t recieved it, I contacted Shrapnel through the support page and they sent me another copy which I recieved ok.
