Romulan text for TDM mod

I tried to load the play the romulans in TDM mod and the name file for their ship designs was not present.

I down loaded off of Maldafor's down load site. Where can I get that and where exactly do I extract it to?

Malfador's site doesn't actually host the mods. It links to a download page for the mod or to the mod file directly if it has no download page.

Is there a Romulan.txt design names file in TDM-Modpack\Races\Romulan? If so, move it to the Dsgnname folder.
