				 Question about shipping
Hello, can anyone please give me an idea on the time it takes to receive this program from shrapnel? I live in Chicago and had it sent by US postal. Any rough guesstimate would be appreciated, thanks. |

It took mine 4 days... but because of the holiday, it could take more than a week for you. |

				 Re: Question about shipping
I ordered mine on Dec. 11th when it was on backorder. I eventually got it right after Christmas, only to find the CD was broken in half. I e-mailed shrapnel that day, but have yet to receive a reply. They say patience is a virtue.... |

Technically we are closed (I am doing some work from home today). Email mall@shrapnelgames.com tommorow morning to make sure they get your complaint as we have been closed most of the holidays (our customer service, not our shipping or e-commerce).
