OT - A strange question...
So, if it went bop when it stopped, zip when it moved, whrr when it stood stood still, had two buttons on the bottem that looked like great big eyes and a lid, which presumably was round, that when pushed in sequence, followed by twisting the lid, caused it to move, what was it?
