Did PDC\'s go down in damage / range?

I seem to remember before the 1.27 patch that PDC's had a range of 6 and damage of 85 or 95. Now it seems they have range 5 and damage 65. I'm at work, but IIRC the numbers have changed. Anyone know why or how?? My old numbers may have been due to a mod (no mods yet with new patch) but I wouldn't know since I haven't had a chance to try modding much...
