Israel OOB

Israel have some units in the class "Airbon Support APC" :
TOW-2A Jeep and TOW-2B Jeep, which are available until 2020.
However the only formation which use them is "Airborne SP-AT",
which is available only until 2002. After 2002 TOW-2A/2B jeeps became effectivly unavailable. I think they should be copied to SP-ATGM unit class, or formation "Airborne SP-AT" should be stretched until 2020.
