Fire resist question

#1- Does fire resist protect against the flaming weapons of the F9 bless?

#2- Can fire resist protect an undead from Flambeaus?

#1 - "Flaming Weapons" bless grants the troops a secondaryeffect on their weapons. This secondaryeffect does fire damage, and is subject to fire resistance.

#2 -No. Flambeau does normal damage (triple vs undead & demons) it just does some fire damage as a secondaryeffect.

A follow up to #1, if you have 100% fire resist, are the F9 blessed sacred's weapons still AP?

The weapons are not AP no matter whether you have fire resist or not. Only the 6 AP fire attack is AP. The main benefit to the fire bless is the attack bonus, since 6 AP does negligible damage against armored troops. (The D9 bless is pretty good though, averaging about 2.5 damage per failed MR check IIRC, plus the automatic disease.)
