OT: Imperium Galactica II

I have had the game for very long time and been playing it on and off. Im completely puzzled there, its the first game where i can absolutely never win. At all.

Any players here? I tried playing on medium... too easy. Now im taking on HARD (been doing so for quite some time) and cant beat the AI! they get me cornered. I can fight back but then the Kra'hen come after me with 100+ times my fleet strenght and full tech compared to my mid-way tech (usually cruisers against battleships) and i POOF and lose. Anyone, help?

The Trade Screen is your biggest asset in IG2. Buy Colonizers and Cruisers, as many as you can. Buy some infantry units also.

IG2 is an extremely simple game compared to Se4. All it takes is time

IG2 is a really sucky game. I am glad I never bought it and just played it at a friend's house.

There is life beyond Se4 Fyron. Do not discriminate what you do not comprehend.

There are a lot of great games out there, yes. IG 2 just isn't one of them.

I have IG2 and played it for a while. I found it to be a fun game with a good tutorial.

I recall a beta for IG III, now goes by a new name, about a year and a half ago. It was a space battle simulation. Since that time I have not heard anything about the new IG game.

And Fyron, your half right, the game does not compare to SE IV, but it is still a fun game with cool ideas.

I love ground combat.
