So if I insert a planet size called "Mostly Harmless" between Small and Medium, then Medium becomes size 4 for Tectonic Bomb and Matter Gravity Sphere purposes, and Large becomes 5 and Huge becomes 6 and Ringworld becomes 7 and Sphereworld becomes 8?
