Strange behaviour of the Shrapnel Forum.
The Last days when I open the topic list on the shrapnel forum, the browsers content "jumps" back and forth from side to side, about 5 mm a couple of times and then stabilizes. If this occured in other programs / sites aswell I'd be sure my CRT was giving up. But it's only when I enter the Shrapnel forum that it happens.
 Anyoen else noticed this?

I haven't noticed anything like that. I will update though if I do.

Which browser are you using? There's an itty-bitty warning label on the main page that the site is optimized for IE.

 Phoenix.
But I've been using that all the time, and this is a new occurence.
I've been having a slow connection the Last days, problem with my ISP. I'm starting to think it can be that.
That it doesn't load the graphics for the symbols at the far left immediatly when i load the page. So it first just shows the text, then a few milliseconds of large "Imgae here" boxes, jumping to the right, then smaller graphics, jumping back to the left.
Will se if it stops when my ISP solves the problem.

I have to agree with Ruatha. It seems to be its loads the images after the text which causes the problem.
At least for me, using Mozilla

Re: Strange behaviour of the Shrapnel Forum.
That happens on web sites when the image tags do not have their width and height tags specified. If they do, your browser will place an appropriately sized empty box before it loads the image. If not, then there will be a small box, and it will increase in size when the image loads. This causes the contents of the page to seemingly "jump" around when the page loads, especially on slower connections. |

Yeah, I was going to say that but Fyron beat me to it. Not specifying the height and width properties will cause the site to load slightly slower because the browser has to load the image before it can input how big it is.
