The part of your post enclosed in angled brackets disappeared in the post, but appears in the text field when I hit the quote button. How odd. I think it has something to do with no html tags allowed.

Yeah, that's what it is. If it is in angle brackets and is not actual HTML code then it will go blank. But HTML can be used here.
It used to not be before. But now if you look on the left side of the text box it says, "HTML is enabled." right above the File uploading not allowing in this forum text.
I don't know when it changed though. When I fist came to this forum you couldn't have any HTML at all cause it wouldn't work.

Hmm... HTML is indeed enabled. Maybe Richard's employee ghost (not that Richard is dead, just his Shrapnel employment status is dead, so it is a ghost of that ) is still making improvements to the forum!
