I bought my house in 98, sold it in 2004, and well, never faced a storm that it could no wheather. Shortly after selling the house I get a phone call from the realitor asking me why I did not tell her that the roof leaked. That was news to me. (Glad now I sold it.)
Turns out the roofers built a 20 year roof with five year nails. LOL.
Oh ya, I did get pay back though. The roof here leaked horribly and nearly fried two PC's. Outch.
