SEV Kwok Mod: Fighters won't fire at Planet!

Yup, my twin DUC armed fighters will not fire at an enemy planet. The Duc's say they will target a planet but they wont in either strategic or tactical mode.

The enemy planet has one facility and a few million pop and nothing else.

My fighters are set on Optimal Firing strat and have full ordinance and near full supplies.

What am I doing wrong?

Happened again in my home system. An enemy Colony ship snuck thru my warp point and setup a colony on a nearby planet in my home system and I dispatched about 14 ftrs to wipe out them out.

The ftrs fled in strategic and in tactical wouldnt fire at the planet at all.

WTF is going on?

I dont think this has anything to do with kwoks mod. Has he modded ftr and planet interaction? Has he modded DUC's being able to target planets? No.

What could Kwok possibly be able to fix here? This imo is game issue problem and I'd like to know if anyone else is having the same issues.

How dumb of me to think a thread titled SEV KWOK MOD actually means a problem with the SE5 game and has NOTHING to do with the Kwok Mod. Thank goodness smart people like you are posting these threads cause an idiot like me would have gone over to the 1.08 Bugs thread to ask if anyone else was having this problem.

Ftrs not attacking planets isnt mentioned in the Bug thread. I dont know if it's a bug which is why I asked in my 1st post above if I was doing something wrong. What's your problem?

I was doing something wrong and it isnt a bug. I had a treaty with a race that requires neither of us bombard planets.

That is partly why I didnt place it in a bug thread the other reason being no one else had reported it so I figured I was making a mistake.
