Star Trek Next Gen Ship Set.
Star Trek Next Generation ship set Version 1.1 for SE V.
With corrected slots file. All slots should show up now.
V1.1 New Race Portrait, AI General file added. Added Slot file by President Elect Shang.
V1.2 New Flags by David Gervais / Tweaked firing points / some replacement jpeg images.

Looks good
But two things noted, neither Freighters or Colony Ships seems to have any boxes to put components in (or at least for me they dont)

I did not change the slot file except to replace the slots for the ships I used. I wonder what happened to the slots for the rest of the ships? They shouldn't have been effected so I never checked them.. I will fix.

The problem was that I didn't rename some of the lay outs and that seems to have prevented the slots form loading. Here is the replacement file that fixes that.
