Question number 2 for the Mod Squad
and I spelled it right this time, I thimk...
How/where do I put a setting to get a race I designed to get off its crabby butt and go exploring/settling elsewhere besides its home system?

So I see. I re-did the .emp file and making darn sure they were volent & bloodthirsty instead of neutral/peaceful and man did they come outta their crabby shells!...we are currently in a "cold war" (not declared, just killing each other) in a shared system.
