I like most of it... Ive always liked the "blocky functional yet sleek" design.
One thing though is the wings. Is this craft to operate in atmospheres too? In space wings are generally not needed, but they look cool nonetheless.
I never cared for yellow personally, I like blue. Maybe the highlights could be blue (if easily accomplished)

In the past, Ive put visible guns on ships, and I never liked the effect. However, yours pulls it off pretty well.

I'd have to agree on all points, except for the Yellow vs Blue thing, which I don't really mind.
Your weapon emplacements are obscure enough that they would look appropriate even on unarmed ships.

I like the yellow on the ship. It's nice to have a different color for a change. There is already too much blue in most shipsets. We need a change. But all in all I like the ship and keep up the good work.
