				 Problems with new colony types in Construction_Facilities. 
 Hi folks,
 I've decided to start modifying the
 Construction_Facilities.txt file to get an
 idea of just how it operates, in the hopes
 of eventually modding it to reflect some of
 my prefered choices. Unfortunately, while I have the new types diplayed as options,
 I'm having a bit of trouble getting the
 game to act on the added types.  They all
 seem to treat them as mining colonies.
 
 Would anyone happen to have a pointer to a relevant post, or lacking that, an example
 of a functioning Construction_Facilities.txt with a new colony type that they'd care to post?
