What do I research to......

make planets that are domed breathable? I always start low tech and have never gotten up to having all-tech by the time I'm destroying or being destroyed. I recently started a new race/planet mix and it is much more challenging. As a result, what do I research to get tech to transform atmosphere to my race's type? Planet Utilization? I have researched this about 3 tech levels and have only gotten facility that changes conditions... Please help me out

...and then 8 to 10 turns to build it and 25 to 30 for it to convert the aptmosphere.

Do you have some conquered planets near by that have a race that can breathe that type? You could relocte them and have the same effect if you are in a hurry.

Thanks. I like to glass planets too much though to go to all the effort of capturing them.
