It may not be what you are thinking but...
Sunday I went to Women's Professional Billiards Asscoiation(WPBA) Midwest Classic pool tournament to watch my favorite player's play pool. And as always the audience in the background gets to be on TV(if you look you can see yourself several times). This is the third year I went and third year on TV  . I'm the teenager in all grey on the long side of the pool table in the middle of the audience. At one time the camera focased on me and those around me  . Anyway it should be on ESPN2 in few months.

We should all start going to televised sporting events and holding up signs like the "John 3:16" guy. But our signs will say "SE5 is coming".

I was on TV once- got unwittingly suckered into a "get members of the public to do stupid things" quiz show. I never saw it but a friend of mine recognised me.
