				 Component editor
Has anyone been able to get this to function in WinXP or is there a better/newer option?

Wordpad? You need to find a better text editor. Plenty of free ones out there. |

 | You might try MetaPad. It's free and very robust.

I use Editplus , but it is not free (25 dollars or something) and I haven't really mucked around with others (such as Metapad)... I don't really have a recommendation. |
