\"Only planet population\" damage
Does anyone remember how "Only Planet Population" damage is calculated? That is, if I drop a 40 damage Neutron Bomb I on a planet, does it kill 40M population, or does it kill 4M population because it takes 10 damage to kill 1M population? Just thinking of adding neutron warheads to drones in the RC Mod (the one with seekers replaced with drones)...
Oh, and does the "Only Planet Destroyers" damage type actually work? I've never seen a mod that used it...

I'm not sure about the pop damage but "Only Planet Destroyers" does work. I think it was used in the Rock, Paper, Scissors mod.
