				 Q. regading ImageMod files
I have copied over the component, event and combat files which do not effect gameplay, just graphics.
Is this enough or do I need to copy over some of the files to the DATA directory??

Some of the ones that come with the mod are older than the ones that I have now.

 Thanks.

				 Re: Q. regading ImageMod files
The image mod contains no data entries. It only contains images. Just installing the image mod doesn't affect the game in any way. You need to use a mod that is set up to utilize the image mod images. |

No, don't overwrite your default data files - just the pictures.
I believe SJ has put together a little imagemod mod to open up the extra planet pictures to regular map creation???

				 Re: Q. regading ImageMod files
No extra effort is required to install the ImageMod to work with mods. If a mod's data files specify an image that is not present in the mod's folder, the game will look for that image in the stock pictures folder.
The ImageMod is not needed at all for TDM, as TDM only alters the startup screen (included with the mod) and AI files.

You could combine the Image Mod Mod with TDM. Copy its data files into the TDM folder, EXCEPT for formations.txt. You want to keep the TDM formations.txt file. |

ALWAYS - back up your DATA files prior to doing anything with them. Or else you will be looking at a re-install.
